Our clients have a right to expect that information they entrust to us will be treated with appropriate discretion and confidentiality. Red Mountain Bank is committed to maintaining your privacy and safeguarding your account, transactions and personal information.
When used in this Privacy Statement, the words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Red Mountain Bank, the terms “you” and “your” refer to our clients and former clients.
For purposes of this statement, the following definitions apply:

Although we do not currently disclose non-public personal information to third parties, except as permitted by law, we reserve the right to do so in the future.
