Greg Anderson was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 1984 and given only 30 days to live. But instead of taking his life the cancer motivated him to begin living and also writing about his experience. When I read the quote above I quickly realized how applicable it was to Red Mountain Bank and the balance of life we seek in our organization. I am fortunate to be surrounded by a staff that truly is passionate about the bank and is motivated by the goals that we set on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. We are never satisfied as we continue to dream about being the best that we can possibly be to our fellow staff members and to our family. Each day that passes we desire to be better than we were the day before.
